Write the letter Q in script. I was absent that day during elementary school and somehow never picked it up. When I'm writing in script, I just print a Q and then write the rest of the word in script. (Luckily, this doesn't come up much anymore and most of my coorespondence is typed, not handwritten.) I'm assuming script is cursive.
