The problem is that the DA absolutely does not believe they can bring murder charges against them.

And there's a real chance manslaughter charges would be dismissed anyway. Based on my understanding of the case I happen to agree that based on the laws in the warrant and the way things went down I really don't see how they can give this guy more than a slap on the wrist for not being careful. It's the laws that needed to change and the training for what is a threat. Maybe he feels bad about it maybe he doesn't maybe he is a racist maybe he was power tripping We don't know. But Unless you can prove that he/they were personally racially motivated You're never going to get a murder charge to stick. Most current events put me firmly in the liberal camp but I'm still very much pro 2nd amendment. Edit: Stop commenting that I should try out libertarianism. I was libertarian through college and years after. I am no longer, I do not hold the ideology in a positive light. Left on social issues and liking guns does not make a libertarian.

He is being unknowingly recorded from behind by some people who spotted him and they are both mocking him and admiring his skills at the game. During the shooting, he yelled abuse and obscenities at his victims. One student reported that he heard one of his classmates cry out "Help me! I don't want to be here!" and Lanza replied "Well, you're here." Upon hearing the sirens of responding police units, Lanza pulled out a 10mm pistol and shot himself. No motive for the shooting was ever found

I used to know how, but recently from helping my younger brother with his math I realized that I dont know how to solve long division.
