I still cannot actively understand or express complex emotions. It may have something to do with the fact that im a guy, and i was raised to be stoic. Navigate anything to do with the US healthcare system beyond simple doctor visits. Like I never know what I need a referral for, who is in and out of network (for instance you can have an in network surgeon, but an out of network anesthesiologist and get super screwed if you aren't careful). What is actually covered and at what %. Etc To be fair to me however, I think most of this is probably on purpose so that I mess up and owe a bunch of money, or don't use any services.
